The attached article is about an actor that spent decades performing at a theater called Moon River, by ‘have you found your Moon River yet?’ I assume Roger is an aspiring actor who has yet to find a place to regularly perform.

Andy Williams wasn't an actor, he was a famous performer in his day with best selling albums and a television variety show. He retired to Branson and engaged with the community theater. I have no idea who Roger is or why OP thinks this is a precious artifact.
