Tick tock, Putin, tick tock.

Oh sure yeah, this totally makes perfect sense. It was so important to make Putin aware of his failures in the war against Ukraine that the CIA chief had to personally fly to Moscow to deliver the message. I'm sure. I mean, what's the CIA chief going to do anyway? Sit around and stare at the walls?

I mean he just got done stealing all of Venezuela's oil. Decades of US and European democratization efforts finally paid off. Venezuela knows liberty again!

So he should get to have a little fun with Russia before going back to work on destroying Iran.

World really has gone insane.

Putin no doubt responded something about the kettle calling the pot black here. Like ok CIA chief, and you think America is getting stronger? He probably does think that. It's not though and everyone with their head outside the ass of the establishment knows it. Same with Russia, but Russia was never the global superpower the US is.

The CIA person has no idea what they are talking about, or just throws a disinformation outloud for whatever reason.

I work at more European, African, and Asian, or more global military organization myself, and dear Russia is not weaker but stronger only.

Just for example, the following forum that has just started, this September 1st:
- https://forumvostok.ru/en/news/ (Eastern Economic Forum...)
- https://roscongress.ru/en/events/ (A socially oriented non-financial development institution and...)

Here is a helpful illustration showing how much stronger only Russia is (Yaroslavl Russia oil refinery pictured)

My dear... this is just 0.00001 or less of the whole Russia. No one there has likely even felt it. It'll be fixed an forgotten shortly.
As mentioned, I am not Russian myself, but I have some life experience, and am trying to stay adequate.
Go travel a little bit. See yourself, not from the news designed for you specifically, it seems.

Wouldn't be surprised if no one there felt it. If you're unable to get gas in the first place it's probably hard to notice there's less than the nothing you already had.

am trying to stay adequate

Is English not your first language?

Also, refinery distillation towers are not simple fixes.

artwork@lemmy.world · 2 pts · 2d (1 reply)

I am sorry... Of course! My first language is Lithuanian, yet nowadays, English is the most frequent for me.
May I ask how would you improve the sentence to keep it more native?

NOT_RICK@lemmy.world · 1 pts · 2d

Adequate means acceptable, so it depends on what you want to keep yourself acceptable at. Maybe “trying to keep an adequate perspective”? I can’t say for sure without knowing your intent

I am not sure why you waste so much time on it, since I believe everyone here is aware of these paid news venues, designed by Europe and USA, or political enemies of Russia and other countries they bear with.

If you'll work at Europe and other regions as frequently as I do, you'll notice the pattern, and much is done for manipulations, misinformation, and overall human flow management by politics.

Yet, I am also sure that there are much more news about these issues being solved and fixed shortly enough to be forgotten as if they never existed, too. Yet, are you able to read them on your end and not blocked, or are you allowed to see these hateful news only surrounded by sorrow and damages, specifically for you?

At this point, please do consider your time instead of politics, since we all have our invaluably previous human life time for actual work to do. I do not want to invest my time on this hatred/nonsense, and especially on lists of copy-pasted links chosen specifically of damage, and no recovery or development, being done in parallel.

Also, do travel, as mentioned, and see the ineffably magnificent world yourself, and not from viewpoints of other people.

What a weird rambling comment. The Overton window has nothing to do with Russia’s economy

How's that 3 day operation going?
