Then there is the English taking blue and making it a woman's name. Same for many other common colors. I get that flowers are often used for woman's names and give their name to a color, too. But still.

Grew up in a neighborhood with twins, I didn't really know them, just had met them a few times. Boy and girl, Violet (girl) and Azure (boy). Boy's name might have been Azul, one or the other.
