It's the dean from Community and he's writhing on the floor because Jeff is so hot in the costume he's wearing that the dean physically can't handle it.
No I am not making any of that up. It's that kind of show.
My partner is a clutz, and I always joke that her Coffee Table Detector (little toe) is working great. It always earns me a death stare while she’s reeling, but being momentarily pissed at me is usually pretty effective at distracting her from the fact that her toe hurts.
