Ahhh, this administration's usual level of not thinking things through rears its idiotic head again. This basically says building the wall is counterproductive, and you win by keeping it down.

Honestly I hope the case gets thrown out. Parody laws are good and we don't need the precendent that companies can get an obviously-unserious knockoff removed if they want.

I think there's a difference between a government using your property for political purposes and an individual using your property for parody.
