This is similar to my take on roe v wade. The supreme Court looked at the constitution and said "oh, there's abortion, right there". It was inevitable it would get overturned because it's not actually in the constitution anywhere. The Dems had 50 years to pass an actual federal law and failed.
Apparently Fox sent out a memo telling their staff not to.endorse Trump's election lies and she leaked it to his campaign. If true, rare example of fox news being the good guys.
"America does one thing right" != "America does everything right". The courts are the only thing holding Trump in check right now. Whats going to put a check on a European trump?
Yes. Yes they are. Anyone who wants more government control of the justice system, and less accountability to the people, is a bootlicker. People in those countries are expected to trust that the state did it's due diligence before putting someone on trial, and as the right sweeps these countries they're going to learn why that's a mistake.
Would you prefer the case go to trial before it's established if there's sufficient probable cause? Or if only the state gets to make that determination?
Nonsense. It depends on how.much it slowed (from that distance, quite a lot), whether it tumbled (from that distance, likely), and where it actually struck.
A sword can take someone's head off. It can also pass through soft tissue and simply nick a major artery. It depends on where it hits and how hard.
The character was meant to be stupid and cringy, the sort of boss who thinks he's super cool and everyone loves him but really they can't stand him. Most people have had a boss like that and Ricky played it brilliantly. Steve carrell played it like the lovable goofball who actually is friends with his staff. NBC took something real and unique and turned it into another boring generic workplace sitcom. Mary Tyler Moore did it better 40 years prior.
It qualifies as "every commercial for the last 2 months and half the shit in my mailbox"
The irony of you of all people calling this out...
I see your point, but you're being such a dick in this thread that I'm kind of happy you didn't get what you wanted and I kind of hope you never do.
Tried it and sadly it didn't do anything
This is nothing new. My 2015 Lexus requires a monthly subscription to use remote start.

He was a cancer. Cancers never kill their spouses. That's some pisces shit.
I'm just not sure why you want fewer barriers instead of more
Then by all means, cede all of your power to the state. Good luck.

Ok bootlicker
+/-10% of cases with bullshit evidence aren't going to trial

Brezhnev took Afghanistan
Begin took Beirut
Galtieri took the Union Jack
And Maggie, over lunch one day
Took a cruiser with all hands
Apparently to make him give it back
