It's funny but since I grew up in communist Poland I don't know any of Disney movies made before 1990. Since they didn't cross the iron curtain the first Disney movie actually promoted in Poland was The Lion King in 1994. For me that's when Disney movies started. But since I was already 10 and grew up watching soviet animations I wasn't really impressed by it, ignored most of the later movies and never watched the older ones so I never saw Bambi, the one with flying elephant or the one with dwarfs. I had always heard that in an early draft of Who Framed Rodger Rabbit it was revealed that the Judge played by Christopher Lloyd was actually the Hunter from Bambi who shot his mother. No idea if it's true, but I never let the truth get in the way of a good story.
