40 year olds, what financial advice would you have for a 3 year old?

For those 50 and older, I’m sorry, but in my personal experience, your advice have been way out of date.

Pick richer parents.

Diversify your assets. If you put all of your attention into one stuffy, when you lose interest in it you'll (in a whiny voice) "hav nut-ing ta doooo..."
