It is worth noting that Musk has long positioned himself as a “free speech absolutist,” a self-appointed champion of open expression.

It's actually pretty good! Four hours and twenty mins long, so it's a commitment, but it's mostly a close up of a clogged toilet in real time. It's filled with equal amounts of all human bodily fluids, with a single baby rat swimming in it and slowly drowning as waste fully replaces the oxygen in its lungs. And then they play "gangnum style" over the credits.

I don't know. Reading the wiki on NPD, it feels like megalomania is an extreme version of the grandiose subtype of NPD. Maybe with some flavour of sociopathy added.
