Turns out that if someone arranges something, and you're the only person that turns up, you can have a date without having to go through all the trouble of trying to set up a date.
Also: Dresscodes overrated, embrace the all-black get-up.
Sounds too much like a dresscode TBH. Common dress code for e.g. waiters and antifa, and cops usually wear a very dark blue that's indistinguishable from black at night.
