Even with a loop, if you consider that you haven't finished looking into something until you've executed all sub-instructions, you would still have to keep track of everything in a stack. You would run out of memory at some point.
As I shift my head up and down, I take in the next instruction, and I get just a bit sleepier as a memory allocation bug takes another part of my consciousness. My kneecaps rattle as they hit the floor, a screw loose in one of them because I haven’t been in for maintenance in a bit, and my eyes gently shut, my head on the floor, turned to the side, and my last thought before I wake up in a bay somewhere, thinking, it’s mean to troll androids.

Only if you need to implement everything as a recursive call. This scenario can be nicely implemented with a simple loop.

If you interpret the text on her as a sub-instruction / call, then yes; you you interpret it as a direct (replacing) instruction / jump, then no.
