There's things Linux excels at. There's things Windows is better at. Hate me for saying that, but I use what's needed and is better and quicker for the task.
I honestly try to use Linux whenever possible as I do not like giving away too much data to Microsoft. Sometimes windows is the only option so I have a vm ready. Nowadays Linux support is at a much better place as I don't need bare metal windows
I totally agree. I don't say this to be a Linuxaboo, I only switched from windows because it started acting up and I heard it has gotten better in the gaming department. I had no reason to stay. Whatever gets the job done.

I was gonna make a sudo consent joke but in retrospect it sounded really bad.

I'll say it again, I like using Linux as much as I like using subs
AVincentInSpace@pawb.social · 20 pts · 2y
...pardon me, but what does "subs" mean in this context
does it mean what I think it means
miss_brainfart@lemmy.ml · 39 pts · 2y
If you think it means submissive people who like to be dommed in bed, then you'd be correct

I think I'll start with a live boot, so let me insert my drive. I'll take the back port though, front usb is fiddly sometimes.
