Ive started using Nordpass this year and it saved my butt here haha. Saw that i was logged out, quickly checked Nordpass and saw it was there and was back in straight away. Takes a bit of time to get all of your old passwords changed and saved in there but once its done it is so good having a password manager!!
Found out today that three of my colleagues have Covid and I have mild symptoms that I thought were hayfever, and decided to test and I too have the spicy cough. I'm a bit gutted as it's my mums birthday on Wednesday and we were meant to see my cousin before she flys off to live in Ireland on Saturday. Quite upset tbh but feeling okay overall.
Every year I go to Brunswick to buy xmas panettones and other treats. They are usually sold out by the 1st week of Dec . This year prices are up again and the shelves were still full. Talking to another customer she was telling me they just can't afford it, entertaining family and friends they buy quite a few and that would quickly add up to close to $200 each event.
My family used to gift fruitcake at Xmas. These things weighed multiple kilos, were damn near solid fruit, and could almost get you drunk by smell. The cost now would be mindboggling!

Where I am now is ok, just a bit of a dead end as far as IT goes. Small to medium sized software company. But the pay is 15% better at the other place.

The swearing is truly appalling, the equivalent of saying fucking cunt or what is the worst thing to say in Australia, but the medieval Vlaamse swears is translated literally and comes across as quaint 🙄

Sigh. My WGAC order is a shambles! First I got an email from them back in November inviting me to purchase a Christmas themed toilet paper and I agreed and ordered it. Then I heard nothing for a while. When I enquired about it they said they'd run out. They billed and reimbursed me twice. I said I'm going to run out of toilet paper soon, so just send the regular stuff, and can I add some boxes of tissues and kitchen towel rolls as well. No problem, the items will likely be shipped separately. I got the kitchen towel rolls and boxes of tissues within a couple of days. No toilet paper. My WGAC account says the TP order has been "fulfilled." Understanding that there are delays with things this time of year, I reached out to customer service after a week and a bit, where's my toilet paper? They hadn't given me a tracking number for me to see for myself where it'd gone. They didn't know what happened, but said they'd just ship a new order of toilet paper while they investigated what happened to the other order. No problem. I check what's shipping and it's boxes of tissues and kitchen towel rolls, not toilet paper! I email them. Nothing. I email them again. In the meantime I'm getting "your order has been processed," "your order has been packed," "your order is onboard for delivery," "your delivery has been delayed" messages from ANC. I get an email from WGAC this morning saying someone will be in touch with me as soon as they can. Over the weekend I had to buy toilet paper from the supermarket (Aldi. Pretty good actually). I have just been delivered 2 more boxes, of boxes of tissues and kitchen towel rolls! At this point they can just reimburse me the $14 difference in price and I'll just delete my account. Found out their TP is made in China anyway.
There's heaps of different themes (they call them Skins in the wiki), or UIs I guess. I'm currently running Amber with a few tweaks through the setting of the theme itself. The default I think is called Confluence maybe...

If you're going to use Real Debrid and have an Android TV device of some sort (Nvidia Shield, Chromecast with Google TV, the sketchy Android TV boxes that Jaycar sell with 10 year old Android versions, etc), then you may as well use a more modern app like Weyd or Syncler. I use a password manager called Bitwarden.
It can be used with phones and tablets and also has extensions for browsers.
Might be handy to also use it as well in combo with everything you’re already doing.

Bitwarden is free. It's great. Accessible via an app or browser - just need to remember your master password and you're good to go.
