Thyroids are temperamental bastards! Mine crashed in pregnancy 13 years ago and hasn't worked properly since. I've been stable on thyroxine for the most part, but when I was too low I developed a nodule, which i was convinced was cancer. It wasn't, and a dose increase reduced the nodule again. The ultrasound can be a bit uncomfortable with rhe pressure but I'm sure yours will be good.

In the covid Christmas where you weren't allowed to gather in homes, we set up a table on the nature strip of my mums unit, she's the front unit in a block of 3. Her neighbour from unit 3 called the cops who came and joined us for a bit, even put on a paper hat from the cracker!

Lol, feel you there. I'm a nurse. Working in the community no less, which is the worst of the worst. Can deal with pretty much anything related to someone else. When its me? Hell no. Can barely remove a bandaid!
