The trucks and the way they're driving has me guessing southern Asia, the fact they're on a mountain road backs that too. Wherever it is it isn't western, parts of the US have and probably will again put people on the sex offender registry for taking a piss in the open like that, and I doubt Europe is much friendlier.
People will judge you for it in most situations (aka when it's not a necessity out of emergency) but you're not likely to be charged for it and for sure not with anything sex related because... pissing isn't sexual.
Yeah the sheer possibly of being put on the "get murdered by vigilantes while the general public cheers" list certainly makes pissing your pants a more viable option for most people.
