This is bad journalism. The text refers to research at Oxford as "likely" to case harm. Purely anecdotal without any reference to the source to which it refers other than "researchers". If they provided a reference to a peer reviewed source, I surely would have chased it up for my own education. Alas the text includes nothing but inflammatory wording like "alarming". Did good journalism disappear or are we just lowering our standards?
You are correct however schumer is still worthy of critique and emphasis. It only requires a low effort response like: "Within my capability, I'll make sure we have cooesponding support in the Senate if the house introduces it."
This is a good way to test the constitutionality of such statues. If this is prosecuted, it can be a good opportunity to strike down such laws in circuit or SCOTUS thru the appeals process.
A difference in definition of consciousness perhaps. We've already seen signs of self preservation in some cases. Claude resorting to blackmail when being told it was going to be retired and taken offline. This might be purely mathematical and algorithmic. Then again the human brain might be nothing more than that as well.
Another case of projection re election fraud. We need to pay closer attention to ballot signatures for those protesting a bit too much. I’m sure the opportunities are aplenty.
Tailscale pointed to nextdns (or just plain nextdns) with blocklists enabled is pretty effective for those wanting to go that route. Its made my online experience so much better. You get similar results to pihole but quicker to set up with less to manage.
I'm betting on this one. Registering a human click may be a way to show traffic and engagement vs what may be attributed to bots or some other artificial means.
Sometimes muscles compensate for inadequate peepee in the mind of the person with such inadequacies. There’s also some compensation around inability to be social with other human beings.
Generally it’s hard to connect with such an age gap but it does work sometimes. On those occasions, the natural genuine, and mutual draw transcends the age gap.
Eats popcorn as one camp of fairy tale believers questions the legitimacy of the other.

This will be a polarizing design as we see here already. I think they should have brought back the 308 or Dino styling as an EV.
Until we have a solution to the wave function collapse, it kind of freaks me out.

Meshtastic. Let’s get some critical mass. Get single points of trust out of the equation.
Omg you surely have some boss level knowledge the rest of us could only hope to have. And your charisma in message delivery is enviable.
Agree with the sentiment. Solar and print farms might be part of the picture though.

Headscale is a fine solution too. Choice is good. I do think Wireguard as the common demonator means traffic is encrypted and opaque in both cases.
