What happens if they suggest telling the US supreme court to go fuck itself hard, and the rest of the world agrees with them?

I am not a betting person, but if I was, I would probably bet everything that I own, that Israel have taken well over $656m from them already.

The thing with Zionists.. they think that because they have people everywhere the rest of the world can't do shit about it.

That is going to be tested soon, and we will all find out. Not all dirty politicians are Zionists, even if most seem to be.

Great job. Although I think my eyes have been widened as to how big the fediverse actually is... I found all sorts of stuff that I still don't understand, communities I didn't know existed, tools that I don't know how to use and a lot of communities that have warnings i can't get past. Along with a whole heap of other stuff that I don't know how to get into.

"Creative and Unconventional" Stop the war, the unnecessary killing of citizens and keeping the fuel prices up. Stop talking to Netanhayu and helping him out.

Ohhh.. to "punish" Iran.. For what exactly?

Is that relevant to the punishment or is it just arbitrary?

They apparently like war, and that's why they allegedly want a nuclear weapon. So don't engage with them. That will really piss them off.

Nuvio.

But when Stremio shits the bed, have you checked that all of your addons are up to date, have you disabled any of the default addons (e.g. cinebye)? Have you tried to login to your stremio profile on a different platform or another version of Android to see if has the same issues?

Hopefully this gains a fuckload of attention and convinces some Pro Palestine bands to play an even bigger concert in Aid of the animals..

Here are the three bands recommended in that article.

Millie Manders and the shut up - Me Too https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UlMqNBTKgzE

HAWXX - Arm the animals https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iPreZFNE1w8

Active Slaughter - Sadistic Scientist https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5niGG8RhmPg

This is purely performative, but won't be overturned.

it's unlikely that spurious/generic parts will work unless they want them to, and even then they'll be less effective.

Their official parts will likely be more expensive, so they'll be easier to repair, but cost a lot more, instead of paying the repair shop.

The devices or machines will no longer become waste as much, but the parts will. Warranties will be voided etc.

What would've been a better law to introduce would be introducing a minimum time limit on planned obsolescence with the right to repair.

Also, in the EU many countries have law that supercedes EU warranty.

If your device has an inherent defect (was always going to break no matter what you did with it) and sometimes may need to be proven in a court of law, The warranty can be extended to 7 years (some countries are shorter).

For example if you buy a TV, and after 4 years it develops a fault outside the normal warranty, and you find out that, that model has a known fault that happens to a few of them, don't try to repair it and void the warranty.

It may be still protected by that warranty in your country.

I am not 100% on this, but I think that he can go ahead with it without them. I have no idea why he would, and more details have come out since I posted that, now I just think he is scrambling to save himself, but he is probably gone. If he went ahead with it, they would probably fall in line, especially if they started to see profits for themselves. They are predominantly against the idea of it, and that there was no discussion about it.

It won't really solve any of the other major issues anyway, but will just get rid of him - allegedly one of the worst, but no doubt we will see, if Nasser Al-Khelaifi or Sheikh Salman bin Ebrahim Al Khalifa take over, with the former expected to, and he already ultimately answers to other people.

The next president needs to guarantee that they will make this option impossible going forward, or could possibly try to do it themselves in another fashion. Nasser was part of the super-league debacle so I am not sure he would get my vote without something in writing first. Infantino won his votes by basically promising extra money to all of his voters. UEFA are a big problem themselves, it just might be better to get rid of Infantino first.

The whole thing is a crooked tower waiting to fall. I don't think it is a matter of if, but just a matter of when. The world cup will still be in Saudi Arabia in 2034.

He's holding out until the elections. He knows there's a slim chance that he mightn't get re-elected while pushing this. But if he gets re-elected again in 2027, he will be able to sit for another 4 years and will have the time and power to change whatever he wants then.

Hopefully, in this instance it seems that a few of the federations have seen this corruption as a step too far and will have him removed from his position before he can stand for election again.

In many ways the blatancy has been a good thing, it's the level of corruption now by Trump, his family and cohorts that's way beyond 'out of control'.

But at least the rest of the world are watching and hopefully noticing similarities with any of their own politicians antics to compare.

Thanks to Trump, there are at least some telltale signs to be looking out for.

Hopefully Venezuela gets their oil money back and his filthy dirty rancid hands away from all of their assets.

His term already seems incredibly long.

No other federation has yet thrown their hat in the ring according to this - CNN Sports Live Updates

UEFA’s decisive action now throws the ball into the court of FIFA’s other confederations – CAF (Africa), AFC (Asia), CONCACAF (North and Central America and the Caribbean), OFC (Oceania) and CONMEBOL (South America).

  • AFC and CONCACAF have already both expressed deep concern at the lack of consultation over the proposal.
  • CAF’s executive committee announced yesterday that it will meet next week to evaluate the proposal.
  • CONMEBOL and OFC have not commented publicly.
  • CNN has reached out to all those confederations for their reaction to the breaking news and whether they plan to follow UEFA’s stance.

Allegedly Trumps Lawyers were given access to read over all of the relevant papers belonging to FIFA, granted by Infantino, so they already know what can and can't be done legally. It wouldn't surprise me to find out that countries/teams are unable to boycott, but should do it anyway.

Relatable, but unrelated to the actual story.

That looks like a nice little device, I am not sure how portable, maybe just in the house.. I will find out. I will forward that device for sure, and I have no idea why a standard bluetooth speaker can't do it, maybe it just wasn't thought of. Speaker with microphone hooked to his Lenovo wouldn't be bad.

Thanks, yep, I should clarify. The dads brother is working on an opt out project and he is trying to learn, but in very early days yet. I think it is because of his son that he would like more privacy but he is fairly backward about it. For example he says he wants to do it and is going to start, but afaik he hasn't even done any basics, but he is definitely going to start more as he is also getting nudges from me, his brother and another friend of ours.
