See what amazon did to older working kindles. Is there a law that phone makers can't just brick their devices when considered old enough? It doesn't seem that way. Soon we will all revert back to phones as phones only.
I use a hario air to do my pour over work as I didn't want to replace my current kettle. It works great and I have used it for several diffent watering jobs around the house.
How dark are you roasting ? I did a recent home roast and I guess it was too light(lite?) as the water just rushed to fast when pulling a shot. It does however taste great on the v60.
I tired to use zorin recently, but went back home to bazzite. Zorin felt like a skin on Ubuntu and didn't give me the warm fuzzies inside. I'm sure its fine, but not for me 🙂.
I agree. On a new machine I've been using I tried Ubuntu and then Zorin, but Bazzite just works better. Could be the Fedora base that's helping a lot, idk. But switching that machine over when I'm not lazy.

I typically keep heating the beans a minute after first crack then cool. I'm using the Popper where temp is not too accurate

It is but ddr5 is not cheap
I recently picked up a used i3 14th gen to add to my server rack. Its great except ddr5 💸

Trek Long island was great this year. Sad about the lack of direction for future trek, but will always watch what comes out.
