The one about term limits is more obvious, so it's a more blatant potential violation, sure, but the current Court has already shown a willingness to ignore the Constitution if it benefits their guy.
I don't know how serious you are, but no. Giving your family the rest of their lives to live with the trauma of a parent's/SO's suicide, there's more than finances at play. My MIL's father did that about 65 years ago, and I can see echoes of that in her personality today.

I'm due for a laptop refresh at work in a couple months. Used to happen every 3 years when the warranty ended, but they extended it 6 months because of price increases. The irony here is not lost upon me. I hope they don't extend it another 6 months. Or cheap out on the specs. Or both.
A couple years ago I bought a PC that came with a 32 GB stick. I had the option of paying an exorbitant amount to the manufacturer for an additional 32 GB. I declined and then spent about $10-$15 less than the manufacturer wanted for that extra 32 GB and purchased a full 64 GB from somewhere else. Long story short, where is the best place to resell 32 GB of DDR5?
The president is the civilian who is in charge of the military. Definitely not technically in the military, by design. Other possible reasons to salute include wearing uniform or being a vet, which also don't apply.
Not a slam dunk, but I can confirm that the street markings look American, the license plates appear to me to conform to American sizing and placement, and there is an American flag (amongst a few others) hanging from a pole. Gonna say it's most likely somewhere in the States.

I need someone who understands law better than myself to clarify here -- not only did the prosecutor call a witness not on the list, but that witness was the spouse of the defendant?? I realize this is Alabama, and I may be a caveman lawyer (#notalawyer #notyourlawyer), but isn't this wildly inadmissable? If this story is true, shouldn't Cracker Jack lose their legal degree accreditation, because that seems to be where these participants got theirs? Or do l need to return to my cave?
