The initial release in USA from this company had some of the worst reviews I have ever read. I think they fixed some of it, but it’s not surprising to see that such a new auto manufacturer is having issues. It takes time to build institutional expertise.
The thing that interests me is that a local business person would see this law and say “fine, no porn”. Remember, when Yahoo bought tumblr, they sank it by banning porn!
So to me this suggests they can’t figure out how to make their LLM reliably not produce pornography.
It’s awful for the steering geometry to have the wheels offset so far from where they’re supposed to be. So not only does it eat tyres and ball joints, it also handles worse than it already would.
There’s a problem with an overabundance of PhD candidates. There’s a massive reproducibility crisis. Journals are a for profit enterprise.
LLMs certainly amplify these problems. Is it the end of advanced education? I’m sceptical. There are still people who are resisting the adoption of these tools and doing things the hard way.
A college acquaintance had an Amazon job for a while. They searched his bag when he left for the day. To be clear, he worked as a dev in Seattle. Bezos is such a stingy motherfucker it’s difficult to comprehend and that’s the “Amazon management style” that other stingy motherfuckers try to emulate.

I strongly disagree, but I also think the type of production-by-committee that is the current state of pop music is sufficiently soulless that I can understand how people arrive at this conclusion.
Use parking fees to fund transit.

If you’ve ever done a max squat, imagine someone giving you a shove at the bottom. Now do it with 330kg; a wrong wiggle can mean permanent disability.
It is on the surface logical but I never use Siri, just the interface. Because Siri tends to suck. Strictly speaking message dictation isn’t Siri.
And they don’t have nearly the same ongoing maintenance parts costs.
