If I remember right last time I made cauliflower puree I simmered it in milk, strained off, blitzed the cauliflower and added the milk back in till it was the consistency I wanted.

Definitely one of those things that seems fancy but is actually not so tough to make. Adding a little butter in at the end works well, too!

Great looking meal!

I've been living in Melbourne for ~10 years and don't own a car. The public transport and bike infrastructure around where I live is pretty good.

If I need to move house or something like that there's a car share service that has vans you can hire by the hour.

Interestingly the State Government here has made all public transport free for the month of April. They only announced it late last week. LINK.

If I remember rightly in the UK in the 70s there was a subculture called Skinheads. It was similar to early Punk with big boots and leather jackets but having a shaved head was a big part of it. So was reggae music. They loved the reggae.

Gradually, however, Skinhead culture became political in a way that has nothing to do with reggae music. Before long Skinheads were violent white supremacists.

Point is I assume at some stage in that transition there must have been Skinheads that were far enough along politically to be White Nationalists but still retain the original love for the reggae. So I don't think it would be that far fetched to assume some of them might have had a go at making a song or two.

Would it be any good? Probably not. Will I be looking for it? No. If it was on the radio right now would I listen to it? Again, no. But does it exist somewhere out there? I believe it probably does!

I've only played Witcher 3 but you definitely go through portals. He complains about it.

Wow that sounds amazing, gonna keep an eye out for a nice cur of meat and give it a go.

I've recently started a full time course of study so I'm back making packed lunches a few times a week, roast beef sandwiches sound like a winner!

The bolar blade is cut from the shoulder clod portion of the Chuck. It does a lot of work during the steer’s lifetime, and is thus tough & has a lot of connective tissue, but also excellent flavor.

That's just flat out wrong. Plenty of bars and pubs have Superbowl events here in Melbourne. In the US it's Superbowl Sunday but what with time difference the game is actually played here around midday on a Monday, so many bars open specially for the game. They have chicken wing food specials and decorations and things.

If I'm being totally honest I think some of the popularity might be that it gives people an excuse to take a day off work and go to the pub first thing on a Monday, but everyone has a good time.

Even people who don't go to events and don't care about the football will look up the halftime show on YouTube or whatever, especially last year when Kendrick Lamar played, or the Xmas game where Beyonce did a halftime show.
