It looks like healthy fats are together in a 'category' with olive oil > avocado > butter > nuts. I would swap butter and nuts but it kinda makes a bit of sense, just is very unclear especially to a layperson. The oil needs to be specifically labeled 'olive', the yogurt needs to be Greek unsweetened bc 99% of yogurts add a shitload of sugar, and red meat should be way further down

Except for Trump we have infinitely many documented cases of him lying about much more significant things, like bringing jobs back and prices down and $2000 tarriff dividends and Jan 6 and not being a pedo and making mexico pay for the wall etc etc etc

Not disagreeing, but it's a drop in the bucket

"same amount of calories"

I think this is too big of an assumption. Ultra processed foods are generally less filling and easier to digest. Eating 1000 calories of cereal or potato chips is easy. Eating 5 chicken breasts at once borderline impossible for most people. Whole foods tend to make is harder to overeat. There are exceptions ofc, like nuts, but i think the general trend holds.

I am mostly playing devils advocate with OP tbh. Olive oil is linked to heart health benefits, but 99% of americans could benefit from far less calorie-dense oil, not more. Healthy is highly dependent on context

And yes I agree ultra-processed foods are generally bad

How is seed butter any healthier than nutella? The calories are about the same, you just swapped out a few carbs for fats.

You are delusional. And type of nut or seed butter is incredibly calorie dense from fats. And yes, when the obesity rate is 40%, calories are absolutely the single most important metric for health.

It lacks so much basic shit that is standard for other voice or messaging apps, and it forces garbage 'featutes' like mouseover emojis on every message with no option to disable. You cant adjust the volume of individual users in a call. If you lose connection (due to ie a corporate vpn), you have to manually click 'reconnect', which consistently fails the first few times.
