The statistically average persons first PC. My school didn't have a datapoint computer lab. The Amiga 500 didn't put a computer repair shop in every town. IBM was on top when computers were being put everywhere. And even when they weren't, "Dude, you're getting an IBM clone."

The number tattoos from the holocaust directly tie into early 'database software' aka tabulation machines developed by IBM. IBMs NYC HQ was involved the entire time from prewar census to ghettos to concentration camps. And then they made your first PC.

I knew there had to be a reason. I was not expecting the headphone jack, thats awesome. Guess that really was the first thing to lose them before cellphones?

Did you check the cable select dip switch on the one acting up? I think sometimes these USB adapters have a preference. Otherwise you might get squirrely with some canned air, theres like 25 years worth of dust in there.

Maybe the source reporting it too. The craziest part of this article is that some clown collected 40 sources detailing how entire governments - whole ass militaries - are concerned by these programs and services, and the clown compiles and shares all this information on those very services. Their entire 'timeline' is a Google doc linked in the article. Are they trying to be funny? It comes across as incredibly fucking stupid.
