🤓 Ackshually that's all because of piracy. Games just aren't making enough money to pay developers' salaries. Do you have any idea how expensive it is to swap football team compositions every 12 months? Microtransactions help, but it just isn't enough with all the pirates. /s
The only country to have ever used nuclear weapons against another country, is considering using nuclear weapons against Iran, because... Iran is supposedly close to creating its own nuclear weapons, and God only knows what it might use them for.
I don't know about NATO in general, but the Polish government, and the people largely too, seem genuinely convinced the US will help in case of a Russian attack.
The best it can count on is EU support, assuming any attack occurs before the next anti-EU government is in office. Afterwards... it's not looking good.
Years ago I got tired of his videos. Apart from the quality clearly decreasing, something felt off. Like it was more and more about money, less about interesting topics and passion for hardware.
Needless to say, I wasn't even a bit surprised to learn about all the drama surrounding him. It was pretty obvious for a long time he's a fraud, but there just wasn't evidence for it yet. Or none that I've seen at least.
Leave it to Shitendo to include a dedicated button that does nothing but advertise a subscription for a service that is completely free on PC. Free on a Switch too, if you mod it first.
Don't worry, though, homebrew software will allow you to rebind it to something else. Just wait for that, and don't use Nintendo's consoles unmodded. Stock firmware is a mostly unusable piece of shit.
It's been 10 years since the original Switch launched, and the only themes you get are... light and dark. Or you can have thousands of themes if you jailbreak the console. And save managers. And cheats if you want to skip the grind in some games. Better performance on Switch OLED and Lite. Emulation of older systems. And the list goes on and on.
There's so much these consoles are capable of, that Nintendo desperately wants to block or charge you insane prices for. Mostly just block.
And then you realize the only reliable way to back up your saves is to... jailbreak the console and use homebrew save managers. Which Nintendo is doing everything in its power to stop from happening.
Personally I quite like my modded Switch OLED. But I genuinely can't see how anyone would use this console unmodded.
It is and should absolutely be hated. But I agree - it is still a positive. Even if EGS is a cancer, it getting an official Linux port means more corpos are willing to invest into Linux gaming. Which means gaming on Linux will be even more easy and comfortable.
This does amuse me as I recall Tim was not too fond of the idea a few years ago.
Yeah, he still hates open source software with all his heart (if he even has one), but he can never pass an opportunity for some more money. Billionaires have no principles, only bank accounts.
Yes, I did make a Mistral account. Forgot to mention that I tested all of the mentioned chatbots on free plans, except Copilot, which I had the highest tier plan for, as part of my job. Needless to say, even on the highest tier Copilot performed the worst. Congratulations, Microsoft.
I do appreciate Mistral being European and maintaining better values than American competition. That's why I feel bad rating it so low. Although as you said, many tasks that LLMs are useful for don't require the cutting edge at all.
In fact, Mistral Vibe (I preferred the name Le Chat, but oh well) is probably more than enough for most people. It's just that availability of much better models makes it look worse than it is.
There's also the question of system prompts. ChatGPT has been known to work considerably better with a good prompt setup, to the point where it's not one of the worst chatbots anymore. I was only testing the defaults. It's entirely possible that setting the right system prompt for Mistral improves it noticeably.
At the end of the day, however, if I can run a small, open-weight model locally with comparable results - using a huge, cloud-based and closed model makes no sense to me. I'm not connecting to any cloud unless I really need to.
Alibaba is releasing Qwen 3.8 27B in a little over 3 hours from now, so I'll have to try that too. Though I'll probably wait for fine-tuned community releases to make a more detailed comparison.

Phones need to be certified for carriers in the US? How does that work?
In the EU, you just buy any phone you want, any sim card you want, put the sim card in the phone, and that's it.
No way all conflicts around the world have been artificially fueled by the US.
No way, right...?

Unfortunately that's communist technology, so it's banned for your own good.
Real patriots only drive pickups that burn through fuel like AI data centers burn through water.
Or what he means is those military installations will attack from the inside, whether using bombs or otherwise.
That's what they're for, after all.

So marines bombing children are heroes, but people removing mass murderers from society are the devil's incarnates. Got it.
Plus the pie was made mostly with ingredients stolen from developing countries.

He may be the worst one so far, but if you genuinely respect any US president - you have a serious problem.
More pedophiles in positions of power than the rest of all human history put together.

Honestly get them the hell out of society altogether
Priests wonder why people don't read the Bible, and then they keep spoiling the ending smh
Fixed the headline. You're welcome.

What...?
Of course Israel - the Jewish state - is anti-Christian. How could it not be?
Christianity is literally the continuation of their religion, which Jews refuse to accept. To them Christianity is a mockery.
