I had COVID recently and realized that life is short, and could be shorter. Got my vaccinations but it was still awful. So I'll try to enjoy the "boring middle" a bit more!
I feel like I lost some of the passion I had for my job after starting FIRE research, so I'm trying to get back into it. I don't want to spend the rest of my years at work in perpetual boredom/indifference!
Yeah it sucks that the freeway runs right through the middle of the city, it's a whole other trip to find safer roads to cross to the other side. Fortunately the Work-from-Home culture has stuck at my company so I don't have to do this everyday.
I haven't heard of it but that's a good rate. Assuming there are no hidden fees (maintenance, overdrafts, etc) of course.

Around 6 miles that takes 30 minutes one-way. Though usually the unoptimized traffic lights make it take a little longer.
So hype! I love that all the buildings look way more realistic compared to the cartoon-ish style in the first game.

I don't know per location but my city (San Jose) is infamous for the number of pedestrian and cyclist deaths per year :(
