Just found out they addressed this problem in a new version with federated communities.
Aren't the majority of communities federated? I'm confused at what update you saw that "addressed" something that has always been a thing ever since Lemmy was created.
What happens if I'm the only one to have bookmarked the post, and then I unbookmarked it after a year? Is that post deleted or will it still be accessible as long as I have the URL?
My apologies for going off topic here, but how were you able to determine this? There doesn't seem to be a way for me to view the markdown source for sidebars like there is for user comments.
Users will stop brown-nosing developers with 'appreciation' posts and begin regularly donating to projects instead
In addition, users will stop making "I've donated $X to this project!" posts on Reddit for karma. Just donate and STFU. I donate to hospitals yearly but you don't see me going onto their Facebook page to tell everybody how much I donated.
Then you might like the
breasts_aparttag on Danbooru. :)This meme comes to mind every time I hear about some big mega corp signing a deal with an animation company.

Good. Mods must forever remain a passion project and not something incentivized by money.
I'm looking forward to the finished version. This looks amazing.
I don't think you meant to post this on the Azur Lane comm. :P
Frieren Friday is here! Too bad I have to wait until after work to watch.
Doug Ford's the type of guy who takes one step forward, and two steps back.
Why would you ever want to debark your dog? Holy shit what the fuck man. Rare Doug Ford W.

This is such an underrated feature of PieFed, and it solves OP's problem entirely.
I think the better question is to ask who isn't a Reddit refugee. As in, who here never had a Reddit account and just showed up on Lemmy one day?
It is my duty to share with the citizens of the Fediverse any good big anime tiddy I encounter. o7
We need a /r/LostRedditors, but for the Fediverse.

What's wrong with Docker? Spinning up KitchenOwl was as easy as just copying and pasting the Docker Compose file.

Everything will be alright. ;)
Who the hell starts a community with that name and expects it to last more than a few days?
