Once you hit that situation you'll have to simply wait for the body and mind to re boot. Nutrition helps but it won't be a silver bullet in my view. What's worrying is the note on communication, seems you've been running on fumes for a long time, to the point you can't will yourself to push forward. Rest, hydrate, take vitamins and let the body resets itself.

Depending on the exhaustion it can be more than few days of rest, it can last a week or more, depending what's your source of stress. If you can maybe take a day off from work, at least in the past I've had the luck of having a doctor that didn't complicate if I simply said that I'm too exhausted to make a safe trip to work. Otherwise do the bare minimum and put other activities on hold, re connect with people after few days, even if you won't be up to it. Socialization is important, even if you'll feel more tired after the meet up, at least that's how it usually went with me.

Lifting yourself from homelessness and persevering alongside the trauma is a sign of fortitude that many will not understand. You're amazing.

The entire process of decoupling is a sham. In the same breath as the EU was signaling tendencies for tech sovereignty, we have continuation of vassalage under Pax Silica.

As gaps of orders appear in Europe the owning class looks to USA for new business opportunities, the listed reason as of why this is so is once again sold to the working class under the guise that we're simply not good enough and we better start acting American, whatever is that supposed to mean.

The real wake up would American annexation of Greenland which would hopefully be the final nail in the coffin of NATO and EU delusion of having any leverage and voice at the table.

Yeah, these days everything is labeled as addiction, especially if it's negative in the conservative tones. As long your habit doesn't impact your daily life... it's normal, the bar is really that low.

Now if it's more serious, I'm afraid a more professional intervention will be required. Looking at other causes or clues that lead you to keeping this habit and compulsion.

Feels underwhelming, especially since it's 2TB what you'll want to go with. However with handheld consoles signaling the new prices... I think the price of SM is the new reality of a budget gaming setup. Part of me feels, we're seeing murder of gaming and PC tinkering/DIY in broad daylight.

It does sometimes provide a procedure in troubleshooting. As internet gets clogged under bloat, and you haven't done anything like that before, it's not the worst idea to give you starting points to think about. It's best used with combination of other sources.

Deepseek was useful in explaining me in finding out where can I find information for car rims (CoC it was my first time looking for such thing) and how to get the correct nuts... it was honestly more useful than a human agent from one of the shops... who wanted all the documentation I had on the car before even hearing the question, which felt a tad excessive, considering their field of work.

I asked Rufus on amazon DE, if this hub requires a purchase of separate supply to work. It answered no, ofc it did.

With the push towards AI and no one seemingly willing to answer questions or even explaining real alternatives in person, I'm only left with a question what is a person supposed to do? Re-buy or relay on services that either overcharge or they send you to their competitor because they deemed the problem of too little value to solve?

As much as I can, but of course that doesn't mean there's been a complete severance.* It was easy to not consider any of the American car manufacturers or Apple products, but there are many treats from the vending machine that are available, I bought some electronics (GPU, handheld, probably SteamMachine or SteamDeck in the future) so there's still room and not all merchandise or services are easily replaceable.

As for the culture, I follow some American influencers and there are some TV shows worthy of seeing (Dune and Andor come to mind). However in my case the American influence and their projected image has been waning ever since their attack on Iraq.

*I have no delusion that this is making a change in a financial sense, it's simply a matter that I can't support their acts.
