They are quite hard to spot. This particular one is a well known resident in its area, though. I wonder, how many I've walked by without noticing them.
Fish can move their eyes. I don't know if it applies to all of them. Here's a study about their eye movement with further source in the introduction. Link
The other day there was a girl on the train responding to the conductor saying "Nächster Halt, Itzehoe" (next stop, Itzehoe), which sounds exactly like "It's a hoe".
She went "It's a what!?" with her companion cracking up immediately.
Indeed a very yellow and beautiful bird. A colleague and me spotted a Yellow-crowned Wagtail the other day, which has a yellow head as well. Didn't have my camera with me unfortunately.
Thank you!
Gotta talk to my mentor about that.
That was my reaction as well, when they came flying into the tree next to me.
Yes, they are absolutely striking. Thank you!
Very gorgeous indeed!

Gotta check that one out. I was just in the north eastern area for work.
Yip, the top half looks pretty cute.
That looks delicious.
Yea, it was an almost eerie feeling when I spotted it.
Right? Don't wanna be on the receiving end of them, haha.
Thank you! I'd love to see a Great Horned Owl. Will post this at superbowl, good idea.
Schneiderin Mauersegler.
