Dude... I've seen the photo. It wasn't ok. The only context that could possibly help is if the woman in the photo came out and said "I was aware of the joke prior to the photo and consented to it". Even then I would find it to be really distasteful. I'm not saying he should be in a cell, I'm saying it was a weird and gross thing to do and I'm glad he stepped down, even if he was good in other ways.

There should be no death penalty without a perfect justice system that always gets convictions right. Because that is impossible, the death penalty shouldn't exist. Besides imo the justice system should be about rehabilitation, and the death penalty is the opposite to that approach.
I'm not sure of this is sarcasm or not so I'm going to assume you are just not thinking this through. Reducing bike lanes does not reduce the number of bikes on the road. It simply means those bikes will be on the road with cars, which is legally allowed. And once on the road bikes are legally entitled to the entire lane. So the end result of this entire scenario is cars being stuck behind slower moving bicycles. Which I 100% cant wait to see if the lanes are removed. I myself will be cruising at 5km/hr in front of every entitled car driver until the lanes come back.
