Though I don't really enjoy those other games either... Maybe it's more the pacing? Hit me with constant challenging/engaging gameplay or interesting story and I'm happy, but then RPGs aren't quite either. Too much downtime/filler perhaps.

Anyways, plenty of other games to play, to each their own indeed.

It looks upscaled or something though. And did the guy always look like that? 🤔 I easily may be misremembering of course.

Learning styles are a myth though, it basically just boils down to people learning more effectively when they're better able to pay attention.

I was tired and hung over once and got checked at self-checkout, apparently forgot to scan two items. Probably looked incredibly suspicious.

Told the girl I simply forgot, she said 'ok', added the items, and let me leave. Never had issues since, didn't get checked more regularly after that or anything.

So, yeah, they almost certainly just take into account people (deliberately) forgetting.

I read a lot of scifi, it's always the same stuff.

As someone who enjoys sci-fi this sounds like a very odd statement from someone who reads a lot of it. I wouldn't say I've read that much sci-fi but I could quite easily name some books that could hardly be any more different. Sci-fi seems incredibly diverse to me.

Singapore isn't in there... though admittedly I thought Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Shenzen and Wuhan were in there which I think might not be.

Still, it definitely has Chongqing, Chengdu, Kunming, Xi'an and Lanzhou, which are arguably still very much part of the 'happening part' of China :)

I'm no expert, my source is Sampson Boat Co mostly, but I suspect dry storage might prevent rotting and it's mostly an issue with large(r) ships spending lots of time in water.
