Graphene gives the control of those settings back to the owner of the phone. You can turn off what ever you like.
Can confirm Graphene OS does not alert with all of those settings disabled.
Very rarely. My sleep pattern fluctuates. When exhausted I find myself passing out early, say 8:30pm.
When I'm in night owl mode, I can be active until 11:50pm then wind down and be asleep before midnight.

I am in to a mixture of DnB, breaks, trance, techno, UKG, some house, wave and occasionally hardcore.
DNB crowds especially younger crew can contain a few unsavoury types. But mostly people are cool at them.
