Big Bosomed Beauties, I need help please.

So I need to get fit. Decided I might try skip some rope. Ooh no, even with 2 bras on, just no. So do any ladies out there have any recommendations for amazing sports bras? I'm a 12G to 12HH depending on brands. I really want to get fit so I can go out and start proper dancing to some bouncy hardcore. Thanks in advance.

Send me a msg and i'll dig through my sports drawer when i get home tomorrey. 10I here. I have an awesome bra. I can go trampolining in it (and have).

edit: Ok what you want is a Shock Absorber. I got mine at Brava, but they don't seem to have anything over GG atm - regardless, worth talking to an actual professional fitter or looking up the wear guide because they will go over the details on how to put one on. They have these pockets kinda like sportwear does for penis havers to secure the junk, but if you don't tuck into them they actually just sit nicely in the cup out of the way. They are snug, but don't impede breathing and not really any more exxy than any decent E+ bra.

There are non-black colours too.

Check out Ewa Michalek, expensive and take an age to get here, but my partner loves hers and they look great. Not sure how big they go, I think my partner is a G.

Thank you so much, we picked up 4 bras from brava today, they had a whole bunch of brands that fit larger breasts and one of the winners was an ewa, they fit her for an 14jj, big wins today, found brava from your recommendation so thanks!

There are some specialist boutique bra shops that get all sorts of sizes in. The shop I found caters for different bodies including surgeries, transitioning, disabilities ( I never knew you could bras that do up with strong magnets for those that can't do hooks), and definitely the larger sizes.

A good encapsulating sports bra should do the trick. I'm a couple of sizes smaller than you, and I run rather than jumping, but I've had luck going in to activewear stores (rather than bra stores). I haven't noticed much difference between brands, but I definitely notice a difference between bra styles. If it's a compression bra, it just doesn't cut it for long runs or high intensity runs.

I have not thought of going to sports shops. I wear an underwire to hold the bottom in place and a tight yoga compression type bra to hold the top in place but they still have their own painful movement. If I go for smaller bras i just won't be able to breathe :)

Compression bras simply won't do the job for high impact sports of any kind (except for folk with smaller cup sizes)

No advice on bras.

But where is playing hardcore? Ascension?

wildwhitehorses@aussie.zone · 3 pts · 41d (5 replies)

Ascension yes. It's a start and I am hoping this weekends gig will be good. If you know of any other gigs please keep me in the loop.

While I do like a bit of happy / UK hardcore it's not something I've got out to see for a long time. Quite rare in Perth these days. I make do with streams like the brisk selection.

I've been meaning to check out an ascension. Thus far they have not fallen when I'm free.

Do you just do hardcore or other genres?

Gorgritch_umie_killa@aussie.zone · 1 pts · 41d (1 reply)

Is Ascension held at different venues? I just had a look at an Ascension being held at a club called Truth. It looked like a stock standard pop-club, not really the clientelle I'd have expected for the genre.

I think so, however I'm not sure.

I love all types of house music but find it difficult to find events for me. I like dnb but don't like the crowds. There is plenty of music gigs in Perth.

Longmactoppedup@aussie.zone · 2 pts · 22d

Yes so much on here it's great. I'm only limited by free time / energy / brain cells.

I am in to a mixture of DnB, breaks, trance, techno, UKG, some house, wave and occasionally hardcore.

DNB crowds especially younger crew can contain a few unsavoury types. But mostly people are cool at them.

Ascension, yes. It's a start and would love to know of more gigs if you know of any.

I'm not expert on bras but can say that the air bikes were a game changer after years of trying different ways to get fitter. Also draws a lot t less attention

CompactFlax@discuss.tchncs.de · 3 pts · 42d

Bike, row, and weight training certainly has less bouncing.

Plus jumping rope and running is harder on the joints if one is heavier and untrained.
