parkrun has been very strongly inclusive of trans folk, so they aren't likely to fold easily to this sort of stuff. They consulted me as part of their 2019 overhaul of the way they handled gender, specifically because they wanted to hear trans voices.
I've spoken at one of their regional conferences, and they even stuck my rambling on a video on youtube to highlight what inclusion looks like https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HoFMav9G8vs
I wing it. There might be some big ticket things I know I'm going to do, but even those, I know I'm going to do them, but I organise it on the fly when I'm there.
There is some sort of bug in pixelfed. Normally, you don't see posts unless they have an image, but for some reason, you can see posts that someone else boosts even if it doesn't have an image. That's how most non photo political stuff snuck through to my timeline. You can get around it by hiding boosts from people you follow who boost the content you don't want to see.
I set them to close automatically after 24 hours, because I have having more tabs open than I can track. I explicitly don't use them as "read later" bookmarks.
You're not giving it away. You still get a feed in rate. And if you installed a battery at the same time, you can avoid the peak charges that kick in after the solar peak has passed.
I'm in Queensland, so the Energex rates apply. The base tariff rate is 26c until 11am, then free for 3 hours. Then 8c for 2 hours and then 49c between 4 and 9pm. My memory was off, and it's only double the rate, but my point still stands. The peak time is a lot more expensive on the solar sharer plan, so you need to do the maths and make sure your usage will be shifted towards the free period and away from the peak, because if your highest usage is in the peak period and you don't mitigate that, you could end up paying more on the solar sharer plan. You can absolutely save money on the SSO, and we use it for that reason, but you can also end up out of pocket.
No, I normally look for reviews rather than pla throughs. That being said, one of my favourite games (Tokaido) is one I discovered from a Wil Weaton playthrough
Every planetoid from about a third of the mass of the moon upwards is going to be ovoid rather than flat, because of the impact of its own gravity on its shape.

I used to be a really good runner until I transitioned! :P

Not much relevant in there to folk who have had bottom surgery.
You were banned because you posted lolicon art.
I'd just leave that specific terminology out of it, and talk about your experiences.
You're subject line is needlessly conflating a community and an instance... This was a community mod action, not a blahaj instance action.
No label really describes my experience well, so I just call myself queer.
Oof. I went through that in 2022. Hope recovery is smooth
That's what it felt like to me the first little while.
That's exactly what we do.

This is a screenshot from the AER PDF on the solar sharer program, which you can find here https://www.aer.gov.au/system/files/2026-05/AER%20-%20Solar%20Sharer%20Offer%20fact%20sheet%20-%20DMO%208%20final%20determination.pdf

This is what I was going to say!

Calling anyone anything they have told you makes them uncomfortable is a statement of how much you value their discomfort.
Your housemate is telling you how much they value your discomfort.
You don't need to apologise for trying to find yourself in a world that makes that really hard!
