That doesn't sound like someone who takes lgbtq rights seriously, especially combined with doing a fundraiser with Dave Chappelle. When I saw he was doing that, I was like "okay, you need to make a pretty strong case that you care about trans people". And this is all he's got. We didn't make it into his priorities.
Hill Harper had a fundraiser with reprehensible transphobe Dave Chappelle. He also did not say anything about trans people on his website. You don't count as a leftist if you're transphobic.
Alas, she's our POS senator. We need to care what she thinks in that we need to control what she thinks, because she thinks a lot of wrong things. There was an anti-trans bill in the senate, and the Democrats filibustered it, and on the cloture vote, amazingly, All the Democrats correctly voted No on cloture. Except Slotkin and, like, one other, who did not vote. We needed her vote and she did not show up for us.

Y'know, come to think of it, Wikipedia might be a better project to point to here. All the content on there is hand curated. When I'm interested in a subject, I usually go to wikipedia first instead of a search engine. Sometimes I am directed out to other websites from there.
I set up a quick keyword search so I can type "wp blah blah blah" into my url bar and it searches wikipedia.
Yeah, a lot of roads are designed so that people drive fast and feel safe not paying attention. Roads inside cities should be designed so that people drive slowly and pay lots of attention.
