I don't think you'll have a problem with any of the ones listed. I ended up settling on heritage steel cookware. They 5 ply pans, and are very similar to all clad or made in. As long as you take care of them, all of those should last a lifetime, especially in a home environment vs a professional kitchen.
Yes please update me if you remember! And likewise, the development of these projects is bringing me back some excitement I haven't felt for tech since smart phones or mp3 players came out lol
This is awesome, thanks for posting the info. The droid 4 is probably my favorite phone of all time. I still have my dead one in my drawer because I'd be too sad to get rid of it. It was a rough transition to no keyboard, and I'd 1000% switch to a modern version of the droid 4, but it this works reasonably, it may be a real option (at least to toy around with)
Nice! I started adding what I call dead-stop incline presses on my secondary upper body day. Bench in the squat rack, bar on the safety bars so it basically lays on your chest. Press up, lower, and full tension release between reps. Its a killer, very humbling lol
I really hate when car makers take an older make and completely ruin it's style. If they made a remake of the gen 2 (hell, even a gen 1) eclipse that didn't have trash specs, I'd buy one. I love those cars. Pretending a Nissan leaf is the worthy of the eclipse name is just sad.
Everyone is different when it comes to motivation, but here's how I deal with it. I stay excited (most of the time) to get in the gym and see the progress I made from last time. Say last week I curled 50 for 8-7-7, can I get 9-9-9? Let's to see! I'd do the same for cardio if I did any proper cardio lol
Incredible work! I honestly have not been as pumped about technology in such a long time, and it's mostly due to Linux/Linux phones. I finally got around to fixing a PMOS install on my old phone and been itching to tinker with it.
With that said, how has the battery life been for you? Mines not great, but it could also be there fact that the battery is like 8 years old. And that's only using WiFi. I'm curious how it does on modern hardware and using cell towers.
I thought we went over this with fiskar. Having solar on a car seems mostly gimmicky, since the amount it generates per unit area is fairly negligible compared to what vehicles need to move. Unless the car is hyper efficient, I can't imagine the claimed gains on range are actually real.
I appreciate the input! Yeah I'm just frustrated because the deficit worked really great for like 5 months, seeing pretty consistent, reasonably "fast progress". I imagine that's mostly because I had extra fat stores to burn through. The last week or so I bumped my number closer to 500, so I'll see how that feels after I settle, but so far the scale stopped moving. There's no way my maintenance is 2000 calories at 180 lbs and being pretty active. The body is weird lol
Good questions. I estimate my maintenance to be 2500-2800 a day, and have been doing about 1800 for the last 7 months or so (since Thanksgiving). My macro split is something like 160 p, 50-55 f, and ~200 carbs. Until the last month or so, everything was good. I had continual strength gains and same endurance. I have days now when endurance is good, it's just that certain exercises seem to go down somewhat sporadically
This is fair, and I partly assumed that my cut was a little drastic to maintain at leaner percentages. I was doing approximately a 800 calorie deficit, so I bumped that down to 500, which should help a bit. I think I'm being plenty of protein, not 1 g/lb, but from what I've seen getting at least 0.7 should be good, and I get between 0.85 and 0.9. I think I may just have to dial things so that the rest of the cut is a little slower, which is annoying since I wanted to finish faster lol. I appreciate your thoughts!
I think a lot of this is just person preference, or psychological. I like heavy sets (4-5 reps) for some stuff (typically the powerlifting moves) and lighter sets for others. One thing I noticed is for isolation stuff, heavy sets tend to break my form down worse than compounds. Trying to do an overhead triceps extension at 3 reps would end with me trying to bounce at the bottom and worse - using my legs to help drive the start of the movement. Sets from 8-12 really help lock in form and actually hit what you want it to hit.
As far as RIR goes, the only way to know is to test it. On heavy lifts, have a spotter, call out near the end of the set when you think you have 2-3 left and literally go to failure and see how close you are. Same with lighter exercises, but no need for a spotter. Just call it out or mentally note where you think you have 2-3 and check.
The new style feels a little jarring, but I'm sure it'll be easy to sink into once you're watching the full thing

Right, and I get them wanting to make an SUV. Just name it something else. It's a different vehicle after all.

Agreed. I wouldn't mind having a phone with specs worse than current gen phones, but the pinephone is really quite bad
?

This is a fair point. Having it stationary often, and for long periods helps its case. The range increase is basically an tiny side benefit.
Woopsies

Sure, but this is also basically a top model performance version of the ioniq 5, which starts at 35k. That's closer to a reasonable number.
I agree, though low in the context of an EV would be pointless until you just want the acceleration curve to be different for some reason
