I was a cartpusher for my first formalish job.

I probably wouldn't be too annoyed having to deal with that just because the coral is a fucking hassle that made the job harder in some ways. The metal on the bottom is always all messed up from people hitting the coral and the carts need extra man handling to get through. Also having different kinds of carts makes them not stack and need to be pulled apart or left next to it and taken back by hand. Also one cart facing a different direction than all the others usually happens anyway. The benefit of having them already stacked up or close to it is already defeated by those things and you spend more time screwing around with the coral than if they were just in an open spot that allows for me to just move them.

I've seen so many people put in significant effort to shove them into the sidewalk or gravel over a curb and that IS the infuriating part for me. It's going out of your way to accomplish absolutely nothing helpful. It makes a physical pain having to lift and drag them all back. All it did was make me need to drop everything and clear off the sidewalk so people in the mobility scooters and a few regulars who came in wheelchairs could actually traverse the lot.

I have my own theory as to the logic of where people leave the carts. Basically everyone hiding their cart in the space in front of their car like an Easter egg hunt or shoving them over the curb never appear to believe that they are doing anything other than being helpful or convenient. I think it comes down to carbrain thinking where the path that vehicles use is the big sacred thing to protect and keep clear first and foremost in their minds.

I have my own personal thoughts on this, so take this how you will.

Think about times where you have been angry at how people miss handled situations with you and try not to put others in the same boat if you ever find yourself in a flipped position.

Putting yourself in another person's shoes also helps. If somebody is doing something that you don't agree with but you might do if you were in the same situation as them, then you should probably cut them some slack or at least respond proportionately.

A really big one was a lot of people is stress and having trouble dealing with their own problems. A lot of the time people will act much harsher and disregard others when they have tunnel vision from their own issues. Being aware of your own current mindset can be helpful for realizing that you might need to take a step back and breathe before committing an action or saying something that you might not mean later.

It all basically comes down to the Golden rule and being aware that other people exist and have their own problems and perspectives.

I've run into dozens of people who are complaining about how they have applied to literally everything and never heard back or get rejected for things like gas station cashier and yet those places always put up the help wanted signs. Shortage seems like a fabrication when these places hire nobody and keep the ad up

Kill me quick or whatever it's called that Obama's step or half bro or whatever was talking about during a documentary. It's cocaine mixed with gunpowder because gunpowder is apparently a readily available and cheap/free vasodilator. Apparently it makes the cocaine kick slightly more or faster

I like the one where they let werewolves sense other evil creatures and it resulted in an update where they all immediately climbed to the tallest thing they could (usually trees) and start screaming because they sensed the circus below

The points don't describe how immortality is achieved. It says that they have a limited lifespan then without explanation says they achieve immortality.

As someone who has never worked in fast food I'm curious as to what TF is happening when I ask for a burger with no pickles.

The McDonald's near me has decided that if I order with no pickles I should get a cheeseburger with no onions, no pickles, no ketchup, and a ton of mustard. What's up with that?

It's because if you say you take the bus it implies that you only need one and have no transfers. If somebody needs to go two cardinal directions to get to their destination they need two buses, ie they are lost to the American public transportation system and won't be seen until archeologists find their remains.

The hubris of those who wish to travel 7 kilometers or more using public transit in the States is punished. Those who wish to travel 5 miles swiftly learn that feat is only attainable in a a minimum of 4 hours or alternatively you can walk or bike and get run over at a crosswalk by a pickup with more blindspots than a Abrams tank.
