Ya know, I've said the insult before calling him a toddler, but I'm not sure that really sticks anymore. In the sense of, a toddler doesn't know right from wrong yet...
Nah I do agree with you. It's horrible that a shit company is being catered to another shit company.
Personally, doesn't change what I see. But indirectly this is horrible :)
I'm not sure what kind of penalty he can face with respect to fines or jail time. Purely only recall what can happen to his political office position.
I'm not sure anything he did this far is illegal with the law per say. But it is against the rules of parliament members.
If he is found guilty then he is not immediately kicked out of office. If the (can't remember the official name) ethics panel finds that he deserves a suspension from parliament that is long than 10 days (pretty sure that's the number) THEN he can be forced to step down and this trigger ANOTHER by election which will cost the government another £250k this asshat just costed us.
Isn't this a damned if you do, damned if you don't situation? The government is on the hook if they break the agreement that was made under previous leadership (Tory's), or he lets it continue on and it at least produces jobs.
The small amount of oil it produces comparison to the rest of the world is nil
The recent Bank of England report indicates that, yes, small businesses are seeing the biggest benefit of the tool (AI agents), but they are not spending big dollars on it. Free models and/or entry accounts are more than enough per their survey.
I agree, its a tool. I have used free models for the last few weeks to make python scripts into portable exes to help streamline some onsite job activities that normally are done multiple times a month. I never would have the time to research how to code python, figure out libraries and such to put together, and then compile all that into an exe. You'll never see me spend money on AI when the free models work well enough not needing "frontier" features.
I'm looking to buy an inexpensive pod fed espresso machine for my office. Something under £100, so not expecting the best tasting coffee in the world. I detest Nestle. Give me your best options?
So life if I wanted to download all the TEXT from the site now (obviously media like images and such will ballon to size) how much we talking...? Internet articles vary between 20Gb and 418TB.....

I mean, come on. The bar to beat is like on the floor now.

If I didn't stop using Facebook years ago, I sure would be angry!
I'm going to not read the article and assume if I either get just as corrupt as he is or give him 100k a month, I too can make trades like him.

Tax Wealth; not Work!
... is it wrong of me that I had to read more than the headline to realize that it was vaccine being referred to here...?

Good thing they will have a 3rd chance voting for him to get it right!
hopefully /s?
Sure hope there is much of a government to even partially trust come that time next year. Can't wait to see what Nov '26 brings.

Tune in next week for how Trump has something invested in the Japanese market!
It's depressing to see how almost a hundred million dollars in value changes in 7 years...
