Obviously not a fan of meta or surveillance but it might be nice to get all those creepy moments on record or at least make people more afraid to act that way in the first place.
Better than walking away and questioning whether or not it actually happened. Potential to print out pictures and publicity humiliate people who make it harder to participate in society.
Check out low FODMAP, seriously. I'm an extremely stubborn person and would have benefited from this knowledge a long time ago.
Big one is garlic sadly. But processed garlic or garlic powder can be ok. It's a process of trial and error.
Sometimes I think if you spend enough time watching a bird and the bird watches back and you do this consistently enough then an exchange takes place.
Like how dogs look like their owners and vise versa.
But my theory is that it's more than a surface level exchange. So you probably have some goose madness and the goose has a little of your madness too.
And when people say stuff like "I hate white people" or "white people are the worst" ? Do you think that's justified? I sure do. It's about being able to vent about the dominant culture and the people who support it. If someone were to say "not all white people" it'd indicate to me that they're not on the same page and maybe not someone to let my guard down around.
Don't trust people who think they have all the answers (myself included).
Try not to compare yourself to other people, forge your own path one step at a time.
There's only so much we can control.
It seems like the biggest immediate hurdle is just finding a safe place to live and exist.
Try to ask for help wherever it's available. I'm not in the US but it seems like Seattle and surrounds is the place to be if you can get there.
Bellingham maybe.
Local FB trans/queer housing page where I live is still active.
Try not to let most recent social stuff decimate your self worth. If you're anything like me you've rebuilt before. It'll get easier with time.
Everything you've mentioned in this situation is a valid reason to feel the way you do. That would put me into crisis too.
There are good people out there, including people that will meet you where you are, understand and help.
Sometimes you just have to hang on for dear life.
Survive by any means necessary.

Someone could take estrogen for quite a while before they started seeing any physical effects, but would probably know within a few weeks if there were psychological benefits.
It's helped me a great deal💜🐣🏳️⚧️
What if FOSS, only normalised if you're part of a minority and they're only kept on outside of community spaces
What if I get a service dog and the dog wears them instead

You'll also enter an industry still dominated by men who act like they're in the 1950's.
Maybe that's easier to deal with if you're personally unaffected.
Trans boys need head too

Isn't that the same logic as the all lives matter bullshit though?
Change habits? In this economy?
