Ooh, PD, that one I have to fight you on. My RGSP hemorrhages battery in sleep. It's fine for like, 10-15 minutes, but anything over an hour and you're seeing a 20% or more loss of battery. I've taken to saving and shutting down. That way, it lasts for days, instead of an afternoon.

I adore my RG SP. I got it in the GameCube Indigo, for that little extra hit of nostalgia. I tinkered for a bit trying to get dolphin to run before giving up and realizing my steam Deck handles that better anyway. My recent obsession has been Emerald Rogue and Pokemon Unbound, two romhacks that have managed to reawaken that childlike sense of wonder I've yearned for recently with gaming. There's just something magical about playing Gameboy Advance games on an SP, original or not.

Cachy is Arch with some customization. Probably a half step lower than Arch, because you don't have to fight everything constantly.

Not to jump on you, but we have steel straws for a paralyzed relative. They can't drink without assistance unless they have a conveniently placed container with a straw; even then, something like a soda can is impossible for them to drink out of without a straw.

But yes, paper straws are garbage and plastic straws are generally unnecessary.

IOI bought Hitman back a few years ago, which is why World of Assassination is a thing. Before that, Ubi ruined it with a billion different packages. Now it's a simple thing to get all three (modern) games.

I switched to Bazzite last week, and also run Jellyfin. It's been a pain. Hours of troubleshooting. I'm still having an issue with metadata, but I think that's actually just Jellyfin. That said, most of the issues were easy to fix, just hard to research. SELinux is a pain and messes up Jellyfin.

And it works like a charm. Doing volume labeling does not work. Other than that, you just need to adjust to using podman instead of docker.

Oh, and gaming just works. STALKER 2 runs better on Bazzite for me than it did on Win10.

You can tag it on the store page. If enough people do that, the tag shows on the page for everybody. If that happens with enough games, valve sometimes officially adopts the tag.

Half the game is cutscenes in the form of a show, the other half is a rather fun management sim, where you balance your 'heroes' and calls coming in. Keep in mind, the choices you make in the story portion affect the management portion. I made Jack mad, and that led to a really rough shift. I whole heartedly recommend it. Even as is, since each episode takes about an hour.
