When "fire" and "hold on" are exactly the same thing, it makes sense.

He isn't trying to fire, he's trying to not die.

The gun itself is pulling his hand against the trigger, which he's holding simply cause that's how he is holding the gun.

Quantity wasn't really something they avoided either...

"So divided" as in "divided like this." Not "as divided as this." We literally went to war with ourselves.

Even still, its not like we didn't do exactly this almost exactly 100 years ago. We just didn't have AI. Still had fake news though.

Perfection is the enemy of good, and this is a great example.

Your point makes perfect sense, but depends on after the fact logic. The folks that want regulation on guns tend toward preventative measures and as a result seem to neglect alternative answers, meaning if the law doesn't prevent gun violence to begin with its not getting passed.

Not sure if troll or... But gonna assume you just can't consider consequences.

They are saying that taking people who know what they are doing and have been trained for a role and then you replace them with idiots who just got out of boot and haven't been trained to make mess for thousands of people, then its gonna be trouble.

So, yes, a random group of men, without any preparation or training to do so, cannot cook for thousands of people.

Bruh, no. No, bruh. You dont have to vote to have your own rights taken away. You just have to vote other peoples rights away, which is exactly what is happening nationwide. Louisiana is restricting already Gerrymandered voters, and Virgina just threw out a voter required redistricting plan in order to retain their stranglehold.

Fix it with voting.... Tell me how that is gonna work in your mind.

VOTING didn't get the civil rights movement through, civil unrest did. Voting didn't get women the right to vote, civil unrest did. Voting didn't end slavery. Tremendous amounts of violence did.

Its not that "voting doesn't work." Its that the issues up for vote are not even attempting to fix problems and our ability to vote is being stripped away.
