yeah - i am now thinking i want to move away from anything that leaves me exposed. i have a few services that are nice to be able to access remotely, but it’s time to reconsider how much i actually NEED to access those services.
i wonder if this is why the US is looking at raising the age of enlistment to 42? as soon as the law is passed, Palantir manages to secure some sort of contract, where they get to suck up all that data
well - when my son was born, i bought the album “Until the Light of Morning” by Essie Jain. it’s a truly lovely album, and in my opinion wonderful to drift off to.
i haven’t listened to it in years. my son is in grade 9 now, and if was to put this on, he would roll his eyes. i know we ALL rolled our eyes at everything at that age, and i also know that deep down he loves this album too! :)
i am genuinely unsurprised that more money is being spent on car infrastructure. our government here is basically run by the big corporations. (no matter which party is in charge)
