"Umapyoi" comes from the Umamusume: Pretty Derby gacha game, in which anthropomorphised real-life race horses, called Umamusume, go to a fictional school in order to learn horse racing.
They are all female.
They also sing idol songs after every race, because of course they do.
"Umapyoi" is made up of the japanese word "uma" meaning horse, and "pyoi" which is the Japanese onomatopoeia for hopping. So it basically means "horse hopping".
There's multiple songs featuring "umapyoi", as it's supposed to be cute and catchy.
And because the Fans of those types of games are the way they are, it quickly became synonymous with fucking.

Sure, but either this does or does not exist. I get how having to always be on the lookout for what's real and what isnt is exhausting. And all the things you listed have definitely rapidly exacerbated the issue in the last few years, but that doesnt mean that what's real and what's fake suddenly dont matter anymore. At least to me.
