I am part of the club and upvote any comments I see about catalogue clean ups. I've also posted a few on my own, but haven't gotten any acknowledgement on them from the Qobuz team.
Edit: I know a lot of people have issues with AI, but this is a case where AI could scan their entire catalogue and provide a clean up list they would just have to confirm/deny and it would be way faster than their team going through it.
I have emailed the label to request the missing albums also be uploaded to Qobuz, but did not receive any response on that. I have also submitted the request through Qobuz for the albums to be added to and received the automated reply email, but who knows if anything will happen with that.
I've been using Qobuz for about a year and generally like it. There are a couple of things that are making me want to switch though. 1) Artists often have albums associated with them that don't belong. Check out the Australian band Jet as an example. 2) Some artists I like have albums on both Spotify and Tidal that they don't have on Qobuz for some reason
I don't understand the struggle some people have with laugh tracks. You can just use your own judgement and decide for yourself if you find the things funny or not.
Oil use goes way beyond cars and energy production. The number of products produced using oil one way or anywhere is enormous and that's not going to change any time soon.
Yes, let's focus on the federal leader in outrage about the provincial fire. Never mind that the provincial budget towards fighting forest fires was cut this year.
Trudeau did build an oil pipeline, but natural gas and oil sands projects were cancelled to focus on greener alternatives. Those would have been big for Alberta's economy.
They did this the day after it was announced they're spending 3 billion dollars to fully acquire the Toronto Maple Leafs.
I bet if they cut their top executives pay a bit, they could have kept people employed and those stations on air.
I've been giving Qobuz a try and it's pretty good. They have had an unfortunate issue with some tracks auto-skipping partway through, somehow related to their cdn, but that's being resolved. Here's a post about their stance on AI https://community.qobuz.com/ai-charter
For many, it doesn't matter because they just have cable and will watch on Sportsnet. There are definitely people across Canada that won't have access to watch Saturday night hockey now. I know one of them. Monthly cable is not in their budget.
That comment is just ignorant. Sometimes people have to go to the US for their job. If you think that in the current world these people should (and could) just find another job, you're out of touch with what it's like for the average person to find and maintain employment.
I haven't really encountered it, but I generally stick to my daily/weekly Q and saved playlists.
At least they're aiming to clean it up. Spotify is adding a "verified" flag on non-slop.

Are you keeping your guns safely stored? If so, do you expect them to wait for you to get your gun when they come through your door?
Not exporting oil to other countries.
We should be focusing on ckeaner alternatives within Canada, but not ignore the financial incentives of moving the oil to those that want it.

Grub is a bit cumbersome to manage. What's wrong with alternatives?
Where are you seeing these? I searched the github for "hutdown" and it never appears without an s in front of it.
That disappointment isn't with Linux

Are you aware of how bad Trudeau was for Alberta? He did a lot of damage and Carney is nowhere close to that bad

Or work...
The company recently changed Classico pasta sauce so water is the first ingredient and the jars are now smaller. They're not on the consumers side.
