I keep nagging my hospitals for COVID and flu vaccines in Sweden and these keep denying me for not being in a risk group and it being off season.

it's been four years since i last got a vaccine against COVID, more!

edit: i've had shortness of breath and stiff joints & headaches migraines with slight disorientation since two weeks back and constant respiratory pains since four days back. i'm 26 and fit. i literally went to the emergency room with this and they went "well nothing's physically wrong" and the care center goes "COVID is over, there are no vaccines anymore"

fucking help. herbs guide me

i mean for every infection a person loses literal braincells and loses some of their total lifespan for the infected organ- like ten years or something from being sick three days.

i think mazes are neat. mutually exclusive to you i thought of this since posting too!

so a theme to a maze. like a centre of a dojo to escape, beginning in the boss's chamber while that boss is out for some reason.

or a gym.

or a school.

or a cloistre.

each time exiting a layer like an onion :p

also boarding a horizon: shipwrecked at sea, a desert travel going from oasis to oasis, an endless snowfield going from hamlet to hamlet, ...

i think you're spot on,

but remember or know that not all people's diets are inflammatory. so there isn't necessarily something to fix in a diet like mine which hasn't had sugar, alcohol, meat nor heavily processed food with added preservatives pesticides... for years. locally grown vegetables and ecological vegetarian restaurants are plentyful in european big cities.

nor does the food i was served in my youth bring as much joy since it was a troubled youth with domestic abuse.

so remember now that what you're right about isn't a silver bullet to release oxytocin during a meal. i'm leaving you an upvote =)
