Boxes is so goated. Every other VM software for linux seems unnecessarily complicated. We all know how a “good” VM is: hardware accelerated, optional host integration, optional GPU passthrough, easy way to connect to the network. This stuff should work OOTB, but it almost never works ootb in other software. Boxes is like UTM for linux
Password Store is the answer, if you don’t need passkey support. You can be sure it can’t be sold. It’s the golden middle: not self hosted, but not owned by anyone.
I’m trying to switch away from Tailscale due to recent changes in management I’ve heard of, but their service is soo easy to use and magicdns is really useful for me
I do understand, NixOS is soo good, I hope it will be possible for packagers to package it for distros, although not as easily as before

Just now that they’re developing Gitte 😅

Interesting, they rewrote gnome commander and didn’t use Libadwaita…?🤔
For me it loads very fast files&fokders in the current directory, so I don’t miss anything from a UX pov
These GNOME apps are really well done. I don’t think any other platform has such a great app ecosystem

I’m so sad for this, I always see his commits and comments in gnome’s gitlab
Awesome!!
Does Journiv support collaborating on a journal with another user? Like a shared journal but both can edit it
Yeah, you're right, I thought RAIDZ1 was ZFS' RAID1 implementation (🤦♂️), while it's actually called mirror. I'll just do a mirror.
