Durch die Deckenmodule aus Lehm verlaufen auch die Wasserleitungen der Deckenheizung. Diese wird im Winter über eine Wärmepumpe mit warmem Wasser versorgt. Im Sommer kann hier aber bei Bedarf kühles Wasser durch die Rohre geleitet werden, wodurch die Räume zusätzlich gekühlt werden

If i wear normal cotton t-shirts, i feel like i reek in the early afternoon. On a more natural sode, I've recently had very positive experiences with merino wool clothing.

Tdf is right when it comes to Europe needing to switch away from ooxml, but their attacks against Euro-Office are out of place imho. Yes, in a perfect world, we all switch to LibreOffice and start using odf today, but in the real world, already showing users* that there are alternatives to Microslops office suite will be a huge challenge, and Euro-Office can be an ally here. This infighting however only benefits Microslop.

It doesn't work perfectly, but if using smart glasses anywhere outside of the restricted areas of your business risks huge whooping fines, smart glasses will only be allowed in those restricted areas. The same already goes for dangerous tools and hazardous chemicals. On a PC, you can easily screenshot and -record to create documentation or help others. Having this e.g. for a woodworking technique or to show how to replace a specific part in an engine might be a huge value add. But no one needs this shit while grabbing lunch in a public place.
Or at least make them "for professional use only", and regulate them like they're body cams. If companies risk GDPR fines, they might self-regulate enough to take care of the problem.

Wenn ihr zB 50/50 in Tagesgeld und Etf splittet, entgeht euch zwar ein Teil des möglichen Gewinns, wenn ihr aber spontan Geld abheben müsst, kann sich das aber lohnen, wenn zb der Etf gerade kränkelt und ihr dann Verluste vermeidet weil ihr das Geld vom Tagesgeldkonto ziehen könnt.
Ihr könntet zb die 40k auf ein Tagesgeldkonto setzen, und euch dann voll aufs ETF konzentrieren. Wenn du in 10 Jahren kaufen willst, würde ich dementsprechend dann zB ab dem 7. Jahr immer wenn der Kurs gerade super steht einen Teil davon abziehen und aufs Tagesgeldkonto legen. Das schmälert wie bereits gesagt die theoretische Gewinnsumme, aber sicher ist sicher. Und wenn du in Jahren 7,8,9 jeweils ein bisschen abgezogen hat und im 10. Jahr crasht mal wieder die Weltwirtschaft, zertrümmert das euch gegebenfalls eben dann NICHT die Möglichkeit das Haus zu kaufen.
Ich muss aber auch erwähnen, dass ich kein Experte bin, und das hier meiner eher konservativen Strategie entspricht, der Fokus liegt definitiv stärker auf Sicherheit.

And back when i bought my A1 mini, there simply was no comparable alternative in the sub 200€ range. It's great that this is now a different story, but since printers take a couple of years to break down, the change in market share won't happen overnight.

Ich denke dass es bei ausreichender Isolierung kein Problem ist, auch wenn die Füße zumindest im EG etwas auskühlen werden.
