Aber klar macht es visuell einen Unterschied, wenn wir das Menschsein hervorheben wollen und deshalb die erste Schreibweise bevorzugen.

Viele Fremdwörter deklinieren, aber die meisten indeklinablen Adjektive sind Fremdwörter :)
