Explicitly useful literally, describing a "ton" of concrete is an ambiguous linguistic expression and by using the word literally they denote an actual unit of measurement. Unfortunately they didn't specify which ton they mean, but regardless the order of magnitude is generally conveyed in a properly useful way.
Republicans literally want many of the closest people in my life to be dead for being trans. The only possible way they can win elections is if people don't vote, I don't care if democrats aren't doing themselves any favors, encouraging voter apathy is directly beneficial to Trump and his goons because their base always votes. Cope however you want though.
Unless something changed from the novels, no. The goddess's spring is just only active in the way we see for that one night, which is why it was mundane earlier in the episode.
Recent studies show that plants literally respond to anesthetics in a way that is indicative of them preventing "pain" https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC6215046.
Similarly they also recently showed that plants can be desensitized to negative stimuli, here they drop a plant that physically reacts to stimulus and record the expressed atp. By a thousand or so drops the plant is no longer reactive to the minor stimulus, but still reactive to other similarly impactful stimuli. This could suggest that the plant is able to remember the consequences of the dropping and is no longer inciting a stress response, whereas new/known bad stimuli are still demanding of a defensive stress response.
I just don't think plant life is as clear cut as people make it out to be. There are more studies showing things like related bean stalks grabbing the same poles but unrelated stalks avoiding sharing a pole together, or trees using root systems to provide nutrients to neighboring trees that would otherwise starve out.
And they react to stimulus, they probably have a perception of pain. They communicate with other plants and will support other plants if they are related, life is complicated. I'm still going to eat my greens.
Sorry, containers and vms are prolific enough that we need good nomenclature for native software

What? There's no way that's right, right?

Character in those books named Adolin Kholin
If you described yourself as only doing anything all day I would say it's probably unhealthy and not the path to success
1: is your name a reference to the stormlight archives
2: the person self describes their life as jerking and TV watching, don't think OP is being unfair

There's a guy on YouTube with excellent portal simulations that's been working on the theory of portal physics for a while named optozorax
