HR is quite individual, so you can’t say for sure either way from what you wrote. I think you should listen to your body, and if things feel off, find an expert and take their advice seriously. But otherwise, go nuts.
I started racing bikes in my 40s, and during peak efforts (VO2Max efforts to failure mostly), I would hit what I would consider my max heart rate at 170-something. I did this for many many years (10+).
I do have heart issues, but I think that’s from the more sustained endurance efforts that you get from training for bike racing at a very high level. High calcium scoring is a thing among endurance athletes like that.
I’m a cyclist, and my opinion is the same as yours. However, I don’t have the gift of eloquence that you seem to have. Your reply is gold, but I have a feeling it is probably wasted here, and it makes me a little sad. 😞
Your elemnt bolt will connect to any ant+ hrm, so you can get any ant+ hrm (including, say, garmin, polar, etc). It will work just as well as a wahoo hrm with no downsides or caveats.
I personally use a polar sense with my elemnt bolt. Weirdly, I prefer to wear it around my ankle, under my socks :)

I wonder if he meant to joke that VR Goggles are useless for sighted people, unlike headphones for blind people, which would be quite useful.
Yes, watch this. Then, watch Reefer Madness - The Musical (yes, this is a real thing). You will thank me afterwards.

You should read the character's skill, ultimate, talent, etc. descriptions to see which stat that particular ability scales off of.
For example, March 7th's skill and talent scale off of her def, so you care about that stat.
