Germany allows fees to be waived for people in financial need. Not clear how common that is from my searches, but their FAQs all seem to mention the option.
I think most people wouldn't mind ID requirements if they're implemented far enough in advance of any election, readily available, and free for anyone on a financial assistance program.
I mean IOCs that you can scan for in an environment to see if a machine has been compromised using this vulnerability. Something that tells you if you need to do additional remediation on a machine or just update notepad++ and move on.

Fair point. I was assuming the malicious payload would come along with an update on order to hide, but it's also possible that the malicious payload was delivered without any update to notepad++.

Neither of these statements in the article are correct. The video shows the light turning red after the car goes through the intersection and has a cut in the video before showing the driver of the white SUV get out and lay down.
Watching on mute it just looks like the road is closed and turning left/right would be the right move...
One thing on my mind is whether or not the headset will be able to render flat games in stereoscopic 3D (assuming the game supports it). A Valve spokesperson told me that such a feature doesn’t currently exist, but the company is looking into it.
